Architected and deployed production AI platforms (ScriptureCue, Megaminds) on serverless AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito, and CloudFront, delivering scalable multi-tenant systems end to end. Built and shipped five live web applications solo, owning each from architecture through deployment, and engineered real-time sermon-verse detection for ScriptureCue using Deepgram STT and the Claude API for low-latency audio-to-content matching in a live setting. Delivered across varied domains including worship tech, childcare management, and public-benefits access, tailoring each stack to a different user base and problem space.

Automated monthly Azure cost reporting via a Python GitLab CI pipeline, replacing manual rollups and giving leadership per-resource-group spend visibility. Automated cross-domain user offboarding with a nightly PowerShell job, disabling terminated accounts across two AD domains to close a security gap, and built a weekly PKI certificate-expiry monitor that filed Jira tickets at 30/60/90 days to enable proactive renewals before certificates lapsed. Promoted from Cloud Admin to Cloud Engineer within four months.

Disassembled, repaired, and reassembled E145 powerplants to manufacturer specifications, restoring engines to airworthy condition. Conducted fuel tank entry under the FAA fuel tank safety program, following confined-space procedures to keep every operation compliant and hazard-free. Serviced multiple aircraft platforms across ERJ 140/145 and Embraer 175 type ratings, moving between airframes and systems to meet fleet demands.

Executed commissioning and decommissioning of server racks and components across two hyperscale facilities, including hardware installation, cabling, validation, and retirement, following facility LOTO, ESD, and safety standards. Supported capacity build-outs and migrations across multiple data halls on shifting deployment schedules, adjusting to changing hardware types and timelines. Followed strict LOTO and ESD procedures during rack teardown and power work, ensuring every hardware handoff was hazard-free and compliant with facility standards.
